Sharon Joag, MSW, LSW is a psychotherapist working at a non-profit community health center in New Jersey. She is committed to helping those struggling with mental health diagnosis through creative art therapy.

Creative Arts
Weaving in art for motivation and mental health support we can combat loneliness, depression and mental illness by helping individuals express and process emotions. Pockets of Love, Inc. mission is to raise awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness. Our creative arts activities provide a platform for self-expression and healing, and at the same time serving to give purpose to each artistic creation.

Through creative, meaningful activities such as neurographic abstract art, crafting bracelets, and creating paper art, we can focus on expressing and processing emotions, and promoting mental health for those who need it the most.
